We have tried three other companies for repairs on our irrigation system. Oftentimes our calls were either not returned or the repairs were not done completely. This year when we needed a new backflow valve installed, Charlotte Irrigation answered my call the first time, quoted a price, and promptly made the repair. We now need some new repairs, and Charlotte Irrigation will be handling these as well. I am confident that these repairs will be handled in the same professional manner, and that I can count on Charlotte Irrigation for all of our future needs as well.

Oscar and his crew came out about six months ago to repair and replace some of our aging sprinkler system. After this month's storms, one of the irrigation boxes looked flooded. He came back out and checked the entire system again and no leaks. He explains everything and treats my property as if it were his own. Would use Charlotte Irrigation again

Great experience. Todd is very direct and to the point when discussing my issues on the phone consultation. They have set prices for everything so you know what to expect when you describe your problem. Oscar was punctual and timely in the repairs. It was clear that the company is organized as Oscar reiderated what the issues I had described earlier. This experience was much different than the other typical service companies that I hired around Charlotte.

Oscar came out and pretty much mapped all the heads, replaced the ones that were broken and made all the repairs over the course of 3 hours! I've had multiple companies come out to attempt this same job with stellar estimates on time and costs. Very happy with Oscar's work. He will be my go-to on all things 'irrigation'.
